RECOMMENDED “SOFT FOODS” – POST BARIATRIC SURGERY DIET

Soft and blended food (3rd Phase)   If you had weight loss surgery and you just passed without any problem or discomfort the 1st phase (Clear liquids) and 2nd phase (Liquids), you may be ready to incorporate pureed, soft and blended food into your daily diet.
